Every morning you wake up with your baby in your bed because you are desperate for a good nights rest. You need help, but you don’t know who to turn to because family and friends have suggested ‘cry it out’ and you don’t feel comfortable doing that. You just want some advice and support on teaching your baby to sleep.
Instead of enjoying motherhood, you are at your wits end and starting to doubt your parenting abilities. Now the overwhelm that you feel is turning into a fear of failure. You don’t want to fail your child. You just want to get them to sleep.
Imagine that you’ve finally got your child sleeping 12 hours through the night, uninterrupted within a couple weeks! Your child is able to flawlessly fall asleep at bedtime within five minutes of being put in his or her crib. When your child wakes in the night, he/she is able to put themselves back to sleep without your assistance within minutes.

Preliminary Evaluation. You’ll receive a short packet to fill out so that we can make the use of the time that we have together during our one hour telephone/virtual consult. This simple questionnaire will help us get clear on your child’s individual needs and sleep prop. With a firm foundation, we will have a clear direction in how to teach your child to sleep independently.
Private Consultation. In this 60-90 minute video session (or telephone session) we’ll discuss your child’s customized sleep plan and answer all questions/concerns. You’ll learn the behavioral tools and techniques to use to get your child on their way to a 12 hour night! You will feel in control of your child’s sleep progress as I will be supporting you the entire way! By the end of this session, you’ll feel more confident in how to proceed and have the expectations on when your child will achieve the 12 hour night.
Support Materials. You’ll receive your child’s customized sleep plan (PDF), a digital sleep log and my Resource guide. The customized sleep plan will be your guide in assisting you with ‘how to’ incorporate the behavioral techniques in order to get your child sleeping better. The sleep log will help you to track when your child eats and sleeps, and this log is beneficial for me to track your child’s sleep progress. My resource guide will be given to you upon our completion of the program and will guide you on ‘what to do’ in situations like daylight savings, travel, illness and nap transitions. Together, these materials will be beneficial to guiding you on toward your child’s first 12 hour night!
Follow-up Support.We will have several check in calls to see how your child’s sleep progress is going. During our talks, we will discuss any adjustments needed at that time. You will also gain the confidence in knowing that your child’s sleep habits will improve drastically and you’ll be satisfied with the results. As a bonus, you’ll also receive daily email support, in the event you need assistance, I’m just an email away! As your child’s sleep habits improves, your sleep will increase!
